2025 Year-End Inventory Count
For year-end inventory count:
For Excel or Google Sheets, simply enter the quantity of the item on your shelf into to corresponding product. The calculations will be totaled for you.
Don't count the same item twice if was released in two different times. For example, the If You Believe fragrance came out in spring of 2021 for $36 and again winter of 2024 for $40 so it is on the spreadsheet twice.
Products have a shelf life of 3 years, so products that can still be sold should be counted in your inventory. Otherwise, make a list of the old items, take a picture of the pile of products and give that total to your accountant. Be sure to ask if they want it in retail or wholesale.

- Total Business Ledger Updated January 2026 or in Google Sheets
(Includes Money In and Money Out, Expense tracking, and Wholesale Orders) - You will need to change the Sales Tax formula in column E to YOUR sales tax or in the case of a CDS order, the sales tax for where the order is being shipped
- You will also need to change the Sales Tax in the Wholesale Orders tab
